Ingredients:
- 2 lbs pork shoulder, cut into chunks
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 bell pepper, diced

Instructions:
Season the pork chunks with salt, pepper, cumin, oregano, and minced garlic
In a bowl, mix orange juice, lime juice, and olive oil
