Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of freshly brewed coffee
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions:

Use your favorite coffee beans to make a strong cup of coffee

  • 2 lbs pork shoulder, cut into chunks

  • 1 tablespoon cumin
