Soft n Chewy Lemon Brownies



If you like lemon, these soft and chewy lemon brownies are a great treat! They taste like fresh lemons and are soft, making them perfect for when you want something sweet.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar, for dusting optional

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350F 175C

Grease and flour an 8-inch square baking pan

In a small bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt

Set aside

In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy

Beat in eggs, one at a time, until well combined

Stir in lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined

Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan

Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs

Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack

Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar if desired, then cut into squares

Instructions:

Korean Steak Sandwich with Jalapenos and Garlic Mayo



With tender marinated steak, spicy jalapenos, and creamy garlic mayo between toasted ciabatta rolls, this Korean-style steak sandwich is a delicious mix of flavors.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 4 ciabatta rolls, sliced and toasted
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 jalapeno, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, minced garlic, and minced ginger

Add sliced flank steak and marinate for at least 30 minutes

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat

Add marinated steak slices and cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until desired doneness

Season with salt and pepper

Remove from heat and set aside

In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise with minced garlic to make garlic mayo

To assemble the sandwiches, spread garlic mayo on one side of each toasted ciabatta roll

Fall Punch



A warm and comforting punch perfect for fall gatherings, combining the flavors of apple, cranberry, and spices.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups apple cider
  • 2 cups cranberry juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1/2 teaspoon whole cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
  • Orange slices, for garnish
  • Cranberries, for garnish

Instructions:

In a large pot, combine apple cider, cranberry juice, orange juice, lemon juice, and maple syrup

Add cinnamon stick, whole cloves, nutmeg, ginger, and allspice

Heat over medium heat until just simmering

Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 15-20 minutes

Strain out spices and discard

Serve hot in mugs, garnished with orange slices and cranberries

Paleo Nutty Granola Bars



These Paleo Nutty Granola Bars are the perfect on-the-go snack that's packed with nuts, seeds, and dried fruit. They are gluten-free, dairy-free, and free from refined sugars.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almonds, chopped
  • 1 cup cashews, chopped
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions:

Turn the oven on to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 175 degrees Celsius and line a 9 by 9-inch 23 by 23 cm baking pan with parchment paper

The chopped almonds, cashews, shredded coconut, and dried cranberries should all be combined in a big mixing bowl

Melt the almond butter, coconut oil, sea salt, vanilla extract, and honey or maple syrup in a small saucepan over low heat

Mix thoroughly until fully incorporated

After adding the melted mixture to the dry ingredients, stir to ensure that everything is evenly coated

Compact the mixture by transferring it into the baking pan that has been prepared and pressing down firmly with a spatula

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the edges begin to brown slightly, in a preheated oven

Take it out of the oven and allow it to cool fully in the pan

After cooling, use the parchment paper to remove the granola slab from the pan and cut it into bars or squares

Classic French Macarons



These classic French macarons are delicate, chewy, and filled with your favorite filling. Perfect for impressing your friends and family with your baking skills!

Ingredients:

  • 150g almond flour
  • 150g powdered sugar
  • 110g egg whites aged
  • 30g granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Gel food coloring optional
  • Buttercream or ganache filling of your choice

Instructions:

Sift almond flour and powdered sugar together in a bowl

In a separate bowl, beat aged egg whites until foamy, then gradually add granulated sugar and vanilla extract, beating until stiff peaks form

Fold the almond flour mixture into the egg whites until a smooth batter forms

Add food coloring if desired

Transfer the batter to a piping bag with a round tip and pipe small circles onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Tap the baking sheet to remove air bubbles and let the macarons sit for 30-60 minutes until a skin forms on top

Preheat your oven to 300F 150C and bake the macarons for 12-15 minutes

Let them cool completely on the baking sheet before carefully removing them

Match up similar-sized macaron shells and sandwich them together with your choice of filling

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 24 hours before enjoying
